Pigeon Pi is a global offshore digital marketing agency providing services including but not limited to SEO, AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), performance marketing, social media management, content creation, website design and development, and white-label digital marketing delivery for agencies. Our services are available to businesses and agencies across all industries worldwide.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Pigeon Pi reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our sole discretion.
Where Pigeon Pi operates as a white-label delivery partner for marketing agencies, all work is carried out under a separate confidentiality agreement or NDA as agreed between the parties. Pigeon Pi will not make any claim to the work delivered under a white-label arrangement, and all deliverables shall remain the intellectual property of the contracting agency and their end clients, as specified in the relevant agreement.
Agency partners are responsible for ensuring that their own end clients are informed of all applicable terms relating to the services being delivered on their behalf.
Payment terms for all Pigeon Pi services will be outlined clearly in the client agreement or proposal provided before any work begins. All fees are agreed upon in advance. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all invoices are due within the payment period specified in the agreement.
Pigeon Pi reserves the right to pause or discontinue services in the event of non-payment until outstanding balances are cleared. All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pigeon Pi applies industry-leading strategies and best practices across all digital marketing services. However, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, leads, or revenue results, as digital marketing performance is influenced by a wide range of factors outside our control — including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, competition, and client-side factors.
All projections, forecasts, and estimates provided during the sales or onboarding process are indicative only and not to be taken as guaranteed outcomes.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of working together. Pigeon Pi will not disclose any client information, strategies, or business data to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law. This obligation of confidentiality continues beyond the termination of any engagement.

Pigeon Pi’s total liability in connection with any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Pigeon Pi in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant client agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable. Pigeon Pi reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to our business or reputation.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Pigeon Pi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.
